Knowing Your Customer

On this episode of Coaching for Profit, host Brandon Moore and Maggie Daniel are going to talk about “Knowing Your Customer.” Brandon Moore is the owner and president of BKM CPA, and Maggie Daniel is BKM CPA’s Director of Operations. As per Maggie, Knowing your customer is a marketing tactic. Brandon suggests, when you understand your customer, you can find out about what their needs are, what you are selling, and or how you are selling those items. Brandon and Maggie discuss factors that become effective if you are meeting needs of your clients.
